Easy to integrate ice cubes

I bought a 700ml lunch box for my hot lunch in my vehicle or on site (I am on the move every day). It is indicated 12h of keeping hot/cold, what a disappointment it was... Let me explain, I heat my dishes in the microwave (in an appropriate container of course) very hot, I put them in my lunch box around 7:30. I have lunch around 12:00, 12:30 and it is barely lukewarm.... So it barely lasts 5 hours... We are far from the announced 12 hours. Nothing to say about the quality of the product's manufacturing (I have some doubts about the lid which feels much less solid than the lunch box itself). In short, I expected more for the price... I will have to buy a car plate warmer... I give 3 for the design and the quality of manufacturing, but it deserves 2 stars for the duration of heat retention (not tested for cold).

but unfortunately that is false, the neck being a bit too narrow (and they do not put its size on their site). They should market molds (with a watertight lid, in silicone for easy demolding) for long/cylindrical ice cubes adapted to the necks and dimensions of the Bottle'UP bottles. I appreciate that its performance (Cold = 24h and Hot = 12h), the brand, the absence of BPA, and its capacity (and correspondence) are engraved (this allows not to forget them and compare products). The dimensions and weight of the bottles are indicated on the site but there are no videos or 360° views of the products on the site. I recommend and could buy the product again, however, improvements are possible (via accessories especially like cap/straw). Currently, if I had to buy a product from them, it would be a Pull Can’IT can with an integrated straw cap although they do not make it in 75cl (and it is less beautiful with its 8.6 style and keeps the cold for less time). The LUNCHBOX ICEBUCKETS are also interesting.

I ordered 2 but I have not yet received the product. It is not even an overseas product, it is a national French product, but it is too bad that delivery takes more than a week.
