I had a delivery problem with the Post Office: I received an SMS message saying that the delivery had been made, but I couldn't find the parcel in my letterbox. I had to alert the post office and fill in a claim form. Later that day, I discovered that the parcel had finally been delivered. I realized that the driver had probably flashed the parcel as he was leaving the lorry when he started his round, so his text message had gone off before he'd dropped off the parcel. I find this very disturbing and have wasted time trying to "find" my parcel. The Post Office should be warned, as I was, not to notify customers until the parcel has been physically deposited in the box.
