The store consistently delivers products of very good quality, with customers praising both the fragrances and the care taken in packaging. Shipping is fast and reliable, with many mentions of on-time delivery, careful packaging, and even thoughtful extras like welcome gifts. Customers repeatedly highlight pleasant, effective items such as face creams, serums, hand creams, and lavender cologne water, noting tangible benefits and a satisfying shopping experience. The overall impression is one of lasting trust and positive, repeat-ready service.
Very good, good products, on time, strong packaging. But a little surprise gift would also be nice upon receipt.
Loyalty points difficult to use with online ordering, to be reviewed.

Delivery is very fast. The site is very simple to navigate. But I don't receive the exact gift bags I order.

almost perfect! there was a discount on shipping and that was good because otherwise shipping costs are very (too!) high.

Excellent products....just wish they weren't packed for delivery in those bulky, polluting foam plastic shavings.
Thank you so much!

Easy to use, I quickly found the product I was looking for. It's a product I treasure, as it was the one used by my grandmother, and the products and scents of our childhood are precious. Thank you so much!

Your site changed my shipping address in Australia to Francoise's address in Givry, France; this is annoying. I ordered online; thank you very much.
