The store consistently delivers products of very good quality, with customers praising both the fragrances and the care taken in packaging. Shipping is fast and reliable, with many mentions of on-time delivery, careful packaging, and even thoughtful extras like welcome gifts. Customers repeatedly highlight pleasant, effective items such as face creams, serums, hand creams, and lavender cologne water, noting tangible benefits and a satisfying shopping experience. The overall impression is one of lasting trust and positive, repeat-ready service.
I've been ordering 4 liters of soothing eau de cologne every year for over 30 years and I'm very satisfied. Some time ago, when I received my order, it turned out that a bottle of lotion had been put in the place of a bottle of eau de cologne. I phoned to report the problem and the charming person who answered immediately sent me back a bottle of soothing water. Bravo for the quality of your products and your respect for the customer, which is becoming very rare these days!

Great service from start to finish. The website, the communication during the delivery of our order and a special mention for the quality of the packaging of the products. Overall quality service. Of course, we also know the quality of the products. Well done!

I discovered your shampoo at the Abbaye de Poligny boutique and since then I've become a fan of your products, especially the hand cream, which will make very pretty and useful little Christmas gifts.
