I only give 4 not for the products, not for the shipping, not for the packaging of the package because for all that it was great. But I had a reception issue. My package had disappeared because the label had stuck to another parcel. The after-sales service asked me for proof for the claim. Which is normal. In the end, I received a new package and I thank the Benedictines of Chantelle for that. The only thing is that I would have liked more information on the progress of the claim. I had to send texts and emails to finally get answers. Nothing dramatic because it does not take away from the seriousness and work of the company. The staff has always been correct with me. I recommend the site.
