The store consistently delivers products of very good quality, with customers praising both the fragrances and the care taken in packaging. Shipping is fast and reliable, with many mentions of on-time delivery, careful packaging, and even thoughtful extras like welcome gifts. Customers repeatedly highlight pleasant, effective items such as face creams, serums, hand creams, and lavender cologne water, noting tangible benefits and a satisfying shopping experience. The overall impression is one of lasting trust and positive, repeat-ready service.
The pleasure of talking to someone on the other end of the line is to be found in this customer service. A rare find these days. Good site with careful shipping. Quality products.

I have confidence in this company, even if I have no confidence in the company that handles shipping (Colissimo). Fortunately, upstream of the chain, the products are packaged by the Benedictines and the instructions are clearly indicated on the packages.

Products and speed: TB Disappointed by the packaging: one in polycarbonate instead of glass. The second in plastic. Cardboard overwrapping very large in relation to the contents of the shipment.

It was to offer, unfortunately the boxes of each lotion were deformed because the bottles are higher than the box... Not serious...
I now order by internet, after having seen the catalog; it's going very well.
