I order regularly and always receive my packages on time. I am very satisfied with Chantelle's milk, which is very moisturizing and perfectly removes makeup, as well as the very fresh and delicately scented lotion. I recommend it.

La livraison s'est déroulée sans problème. Le monastère «Les Bénédictines de Chantelle» a ce petit quelque chose en plus et a même ajouté un petit bonus. Merci beaucoup !

I am totally satisfied with the products received BUT NOT WITH THE DELIVERY. The chosen pickup point was changed at the last minute and I had to pick up the package nearly 12 km from my home (which is 24 km round trip) in a location I hardly ever go to.
