excellent product. just one problem: I have one shoulder higher than the other and the straps tend to slip, unless you stretch them very tightly, which is uncomfortable: to avoid crossing the straps in front, I'd need a removable cross-band at mid-chest height that can be fastened with snaps

Hello, I received the removable straps, but there was no explanation. I didn't realize that the tabs were screwed on... so I cut the clips with pliers to put on the button tabs. a little note in the box or on the label is necessary... marketing... marketing... what do you think?
