Hello, I received the removable straps, but there was no explanation. I didn't realize that the tabs were screwed on... so I cut the clips with pliers to put on the button tabs. a little note in the box or on the label is necessary... marketing... marketing... what do you think?

I first received straps with a defect (one strap longer than the other), they were replaced of course but not being able to print the return form, it was not refunded and a commercial gesture was not offered to me. nevertheless these straps are very beautiful and my husband loves them...
