The suspenders are mounted backwards
I did not receive the suspenders I ordered, but items that were nothing like what I expected. Informed by email, "Les bretelles de Léon" offered no support to face the resolution of the error. Very disappointed

Very nice product, but unfortunately the triangle in the back is not adjustable, so they fall off. Too bad. My brother won't wear them.
To adjust the X-shaped straps, first adjust the front with the sliders, then slide the straps into the metal part at the back. Best regards

As the fabric is thicker on these straps, you need to press with your 2 thumbs on each end of the clip to close it.

Incomprehensible shipping error
It's very simple i didn't receive the order, the chronopost service didn't come because they didn't have any delivery people! my order of 2 pairs of suspenders + 12€ of chronopost service i.e. a total amount of 96€ was paid for a service and merchandise not received and i don't even know when i'll have news of my delivery! moreover if i have to recommend i have to pay!
Colissimo told me that this parcel had been delivered to my letterbox on 31/03/2021 but i never received anything. i made a complaint to colissimo and to the local post office and i'm waiting for a reply... have a nice day!
