I haven't tasted everything, but the infusions are already very good, as is the sugar.

concerning my order, everything went very well. I put 4 stars and not 5 concerning the delivery part. I paid for delivery with DHL, I chose a collection point and this was not respected even though it was open and accessible. What's more, the deliveryman failed to tell me in which relay point he had finally delivered my parcel... I only got the notification "DELIVER" at the relay point I had chosen by e-mail, and not the new address... after calling DHL I was told they would keep me informed, I'm still waiting today. I was the one who went to the nearest relay points to see if they had my parcel, fortunately with good results.

Everything went very smoothly and was very well packaged.

I paid for a gift box that I did not even receive, disappointed my order was offered without even gift .. and no refund or gesture for what I paid and not received disappointment after the products ordered nothing to say very good

Dear I received my cans of maple sirop all 5 damaged. This is because they were not packed separately in the box. I informed you of this. However, I did not receive any response. Too bad! Regards Sabine

My parcel arrived open and some products are missing. I have made a claim and I am still waiting for your reply.

The order was not delivered to the relay point chosen at the time of purchase and was delayed by 2 days. In addition, the packaging of the liquoreux was damaged.

Parcel lost by UPS

I have no criticism to make of the products, but for my part, the logistics service was a disaster. I chose a collection point that I pass 4 times a day and they send it the opposite way. Despite my warnings on Friday, well before shipment on Monday, absolutely no one corrected the error or replied to my messages. Customer service available 7 days a week, what a joke. Having used Amazon Pay, I filed a complaint with Amazon. I received a response within the hour. It's amazing how the risk of a penalty made them react. They offered to move the parcel to the right collection point. I agreed. The parcel never left the wrong place to be transferred. Without informing me, they redelivered the parcel directly to my home, where I'm not at home during the day, so it was dropped off at a collection point I never go to, but it doesn't really matter, it's close to where I live. I opened the parcel and asked for five standard poutine sauces and five with maple syrup. Bingo, I got 10 x standard. Faced with such incompetence, I didn't even bother to make a complaint.

Order never received. The carrier dpd never delivered my order (it's not the first time I've had a delivery problem with this carrier with maple treasure) My complaint with maple treasure has still not been answered. it's regrettable.

Too sweet

Hello, the DPD driver didn't take the trouble to deliver the parcel to my home as planned but dropped it off at a relay point (of his choice). The problem was reported by e-mail to Les Trésors d'Érable, who replied that they would pass on the information to DPD. In view of the amount spent on their site, a commercial gesture would have been appreciated.

I never received my items and there was no update on the shipping so essentially I just donated $90 to your company. When you go on to your website and click the option for never receiving your items it just gives you a page of advice on how to sign into ups. If I were able to give you zero Stars I would.

A liter jug of maple syrup leaked into the parcel, but the rest is fine.

The parcel was not delivered to my home and I have contacted customer service 3 times, but I have not heard from them, so I have not heard from you and I have not paid for my order to be delivered to my home, even though I was home that day and I received an order from someone else.

Quality products, fast shipment, delivery a little slower due to DPD pickup relays.

I am very satisfied, but I think it's a bit of a shame that the maple water is no longer available in the 330ml pack size.

It’s a scam. They took money, never sent the product and do not respond to emails

21€ of maple syrup. 6€40 parcel. All this to receive a parcel stuck to the floor of the relay point because the syrup had leaked. I immediately contacted customer service. Unfortunately, 15 days and 2 reminders later: still no answer... 27€ down the drain. I'd recommend passing on

you sent me a voucher that didn't work when I paid...That's a bit misleading.

The parcel was beautifully packaged and the goods were very tasty and fresh. One star deducted because the jar containing the maple butter no longer had a vacuum in the lid and was therefore not sealed tightly. I eat it anyway and for taste 100 points.

The products are in conformity but the deliveryman did not deliver the parcel at home I had to recover it in point relay with 10km of my place!

Hello, perfect service as always: carefully packed items, well-sealed parcel, only downside was the delivery: some relays were not open when the deliveryman came, fortunately the carrier warned me in time and I was able to change relays: "Les Trésors...." really needs to update its list of relays.
