UPS "locker" delivery is disconcerting.

The shipping was great, but the products arrived with a really short expiration date (1 week). I purchased 1 kg of peanut butter on December 19, and when it arrived, I realized that I should have consumed it by December 29....

Good contact with customer service but UPS delivery service to forget. Impossible to get my package and UPS does not respond.... Order placed on 09/12 and 15 days later still nothing. To be continued. Don't work with UPS anymore and you'll get more customers.

I haven't received a word back yet about the way my order got here this time. I sent photos of the inside of the box.

Product conforms, having said that a product was out of stock and should have been reimbursed, I'm still waiting ... fortunately this one is only 5euros but that doesn't prevent anything.

My items came damaged. They were not properly packed. I was also charged an additional $75 shipping fee on items that were for free shipping .

Yes for the order but no for the UPS delivery which indicates a delivery date the day before with no time slot and on the 2nd visit sends the parcel to a relay point 11km from my home!

In the parcel, the box was damaged, which is a shame. But otherwise everything else was fine.

I paid more than 8 € in UPS fees to be delivered at home and while we were present the package was in relay which would not have cost me anything. Thanks for the commercial effort

The products are of good quality but when I received them I didn't receive my entire order. Of course, I didn't receive the gifts linked to the original amount either, and there was no commercial gesture even after a complaint. In short, very disappointed even if what I did not receive is reimbursed.... (I would like to point out that I was informed of the missing items on receipt and not on dispatch)

The UPS service is a real disaster, their delivery drivers never come to the house, they drop all the parcels at a delivery point and no notice is sent, it's really the lamest of all delivery services. Apart from that, as for Trésors d'Erable, nothing to complain about, impeccable as usual. Please change your delivery service!

The bottles I ordered arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, apart from the sortilège prestige bottle, which is the right size, I can't get the others to fit properly. The net box is therefore not adapted to my purchase and will not present as well as I would have wished for the person to whom I am offering this.

Fast, efficient delivery.

The products were very well packaged and received fairly quickly. I am happy with my purchases. However I was missing an item (gift box charged 6 €) A message was made a week ago directly on the mailbox of their website to request the refund. I haven't heard back yet. Maybe they're overwhelmed with the holidays coming up, which I can understand. I hope to hear back from them.

There was an item missing from the delivery package, I'm waiting for it to be sent back to me, everything else is OK.

Honestly, it's been 2 times that I've placed an order and 2 times that I've had a problem with my order. Either the packaging is completely damaged or my product is received with the tape open (which is what happened with this recent order), and finally the fault of the opened package was put back on the deliveryman whereas the parcel was delivered nickel (better than the products inside) I find that not terrible level SAV. When you buy as a gift, you're not obliged to receive products in a box that's already been opened. A refund was planned on 01/12 but I still haven't received it as of 19/12. E-mail sent but no response and a refund that apparently takes 2 to 8 days to be delivered. I wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise the delivery is well respected.

Parcel received well and quickly. One of the products arrived broken inside the parcel and leaked inside (not packed enough and/or indelicate deliveryman?), but replaced very quickly.

Non-respect of the requested delivery location, the drop-off points for these parcels are overwhelmed and have little space, so you have to go to the ups warehouse, which is hard to find and difficult to access, and not near your home. Disappointed by this delivery. I will not repeat the experience.

Delivery to a different relay than the one chosen and above all the wrong quantity received and no response after contacting the site. Delivery of 4 boxes of cookies instead of 4 x 5 boxes...

I received my order, but I was supposed to receive a gift box for orders over 50€. I did not receive the gift box, even though my order was for 60.89€. I am very disappointed by this misleading advertising.

Overall, the purchase was very convenient! But when ordering, the text could also be translated into German! The rest of the site is very well organized and clear!

I ordered 2 bottles and only received one. The other was out of stock, so I was refunded. The problem was that the product was listed as available on the website and no one contacted me to offer me a similar product or to confirm whether I still wanted to place an order. In the end, it was a surprise when I opened the parcel.

I am missing part of my order and have not been informed...

It arrived broken, I called they said they would send it back but I have no news.....

After being shunted between two relay points by UPS, I finally pick up my order and discover that it's incomplete. Given that it's for a Christmas present and I've had no response from the after-sales service, I'm really disappointed... It's a shame because your products are good! (As you're not responsible for UPS delivery problems, I'll leave you 3*)

This bottled Icewine could have been packed better. I did receive the bottle of Icewine in one piece but the lid came off the carrier that the Icewine was in. Sincerely.

1 packet of pancake flour burst in the parcel! It was everywhere.

Delivery charge when it was supposed to be free, packaging paid for but received loose in a single box

the UPS parcel was delivered to another center, far from my home. I received the gift box torn. a pity, otherwise good products.

I really like the cookies. I let my friends and family taste them, as well as the maple syrup.

The jars of maple butter leaked. They must have suffered quite a few knocks during transport. Some of the lids showed signs of impact. Fortunately, the glass didn't break.
