A box of cookies completely broken, box also damaged, in a nickel package. I have 3 other boxes ordered with ok box. As it's for gifts, I didn't check. I hope no bad surprises. I will refrain from rating

I have been a customer of Maple Treasures for several years, the maple syrup is always of very good quality and exceptional but the maple leaf cookies have dropped dramatically in quality and when we opened the boxes we noticed the manufacturing date June 2019, we are in 2023!

2019 ? Unsere Website existierte zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht! Dies ist nicht möglich. Wir haben 2020 eröffnet. Die Kuchen kommen von unserem Lieferanten in Kanada, der im September 2022 in Frankreich empfangen wurde.

Since a few months, the mention GOLDEN TASTE is no longer engraved on the box but replaced by a sticky label. Inside the syrup is BORNE with a pronounced taste that I like much less. I have the feeling to have been deceived. It is unpleasant.

Hello. I am quite happy with my order but I am still one to have received a batch of cookies with an expiration date so short. That is to say almost 1 month before eating the cookies. While I brought back 3 weeks ago from Canada, the same brand and they have an expiration date of several months.

I order on this site for a specific brand of maple syrup. Not available individually... So I order the batch of 5 which is available. And the opening of the package I have a copy of the syrup that I ordered and 4 of another brand. Commercial manipulation, hello.

Big problem with the deliveryman GLS. My parcel went back to the supplier without me being informed (the supplier was not informed either!!) Great reactivity from Maple Treasures. The delivery was catastrophic, my package was not delivered to the delivery point I had chosen...I did not get my order in time for Christmas. I am very disappointed with the delivery company. If the delivery person is the same for a next order, I will think twice before ordering.

Delivery was pretty fast, all the items are there and in good condition. Only drawback: I paid a little extra for them to be wrapped as gifts, but they arrived in a simple box, no gift wrap! Apart from that, very satisfactory service

Always good products offered. A fast delivery. Just to note that it is a pity that the visual does not always correspond to the description, because it misleads the customer. (In other for the "blueberry paste"). It would be wise to pay attention to this to avoid any misunderstanding. E-mails remained unanswered, but the problem was solved by phone; i.e. waiting for reimbursement and reception of a new box .... for the 5 stars.

Order perfectly packaged in a box that could have been of a smaller size. Gift 3 validated because of an order over 100€: 1 brochure on tourism in Quebec and a maple syrup lollipop. They would be better off not giving it, as it is ridiculous. But what can be the gifts 1 and 2?
