After being shunted between two relay points by UPS, I finally pick up my order and discover that it's incomplete. Given that it's for a Christmas present and I've had no response from the after-sales service, I'm really disappointed... It's a shame because your products are good! (As you're not responsible for UPS delivery problems, I'll leave you 3*)

This bottled Icewine could have been packed better. I did receive the bottle of Icewine in one piece but the lid came off the carrier that the Icewine was in. Sincerely.

Excellent products. I in turn introduced the Coureur des Bois, which was much appreciated. And I tested the Sortilège wild blueberry liqueur. Excellent, delicately scented. I recommend Trésors d'Érable. Orders are processed quickly.

The jars of maple butter leaked. They must have suffered quite a few knocks during transport. Some of the lids showed signs of impact. Fortunately, the glass didn't break.

We are told that delivery is free, which is not true. Delivery by UPS was a disaster, the parcel arrived in a pitiful state. No reaction from les trésors d'érable customer service.
