The order was only delivered on 30.10.24 after many difficulties.

I did not receive my parcel at the address I had given when I placed my order. The first time DPD told me of another address, I immediately contacted you via "céline", but despite further messages, nothing was done and I was forced to collect my 4.100 kg parcel 4 km from my home, which I informed you of.... and I received no word of apology for this unfortunate error.

I did not receive the entire order and it was delivered to a different relay point than the one chosen. An email has already been sent to you in this regard.

Maple sugar pecan pralines best before date passed

There was a problem with my order, I didn't receive all my order at once without any mention on the site. I had to send 3 unanswered emails to finally receive the balance of my delivery later. Excellent product but lack of communication

Half of my order did not arrive and do not get any response to my request to still get them. Paid for 2 sets but received 1set

The box for preparing the pancakes was open.

The delivery came quickly but only partially, one maple syrup was missing. There was no explanation. I received no reply to my inquiry. That's not acceptable, I paid in advance.

Unfortunately not recommended. I had received damaged goods and complained both directly by email and via the contact form on the seller's website - no response at all. Accordingly, I initiated the PayPal complaint process

Poor packaging in the parcel. Cookies completely smashed

I am in two minds about my experience with Trésors d'érable. The web site shows only one kind of syrup, the product from Quebec in the traditional Quebec tins. I thought this was what I was ordering and would be getting. However, the tins I received say "Made in Canada" but do not look like the ones which are shown on the web site (i.e. the traditional Quebec maple syrup tins) and I do not recognize the packaging at all - and I am Canadian, and a Quebecker to boot. When I asked for the unfamiliar tins to be replaced by the ones shown on the web site, I was told that I received what I ordered, i.e. Made in Canada syrup, just the packaging was different. If that is the case, I wonder why this maple syrup in this packaging is not featured at all on their web site. It certainly leads to misunderstandings and disappointment.

Dented maple syrup cans. Not very happy. No response from seller.

Very dissatisfied, not with the merchandise, which I don't have, but with the UPS carrier. UPS asked me to choose the delivery site, I went to the store it was closed the opening hours had changed it was from 6 pm to 1 am, the next day I returned no package. Then a message from UPS saying that the package was on another site. If we selected a site, it's because it was the right one for us. If the carrier, for his own convenience, delivers the package elsewhere, I won't pick it up. If UPS isn't capable of delivering to the right site, they should change jobs or indicate a single site and we'll take it or not.

I am a little disappointed not with the quality of the products but with the fact that a batch of 5 packets of cookies was missing, which I received on request but without a word of apology! I think that if I hadn't asked for it, it would have been forgotten! Too bad

I have not yet received my package because UPS took the initiative to drop it off without notifying me. So I don't know where it is. UPS had already changed the delivery day ...

the syrup is very good, but of the 6 jugs we received, one was badly closed and the syrup leaked everywhere. The jugs were full of granulated sugar and had to be washed. First time I've used jugs... I usually use iron tins.....

Very satisfied

I ordered 2 packs of 5 cans of maple syrup. I only received one pack at first. I had to ask twice to receive the second pack. The delivery for the first pack did not take place on the day announced, I was informed in the middle of the day after having been monopolized at the apartment all morning. In conclusion, a lot of trouble for a very simple order and, incidentally, no apology from trésors d'Érable.

Parcel arrived but with one product missing.

Hello, as mentioned in the two emails sent to this company for which I am waiting for a reply, the parcel was not complete.

This is the first time I've been completely dissatisfied. The contents of the package were covered in flour (one of the three packages was open at the top. All the items were therefore sprinkled with flour. I don't understand why the packaging is so poorly designed.

Order has not been delivered in full and customer service has not yet responded to our reports, 3 times now.

An item costing just over 7 euros was forgotten in my order, so I contacted customer service. No response. So it's best to walk away. On the other hand, you can go to Planet Bison with your eyes closed.

カナダで探し回ったけど売り切れで買えず、貴社のサイトで見つけたとき、例えすごい金額の送料がかかっても欲しいと思い注文しました。 商品は届きましたが、びっくりするぐらい箱が潰れたり破けていて、中のクッキーもかなりの数が割れていました。 緩衝材を全面に入れて商品を覆うとかもう少し配慮してほしかったです。友達にもあげようと思い５箱買いましたが、あげられる状態ではありません。がっかりです。

I ordered and paid for 4l of maple water and received 4 half-liters!!! I reported it and no response, it's really not serious.

Late shipping. Items put in my box without care (1 item damaged and others rather limited). Items within the best-before date (BBD)... and a customer service department supposedly available 7/7 and providing a rapid response... which in fact doesn't reply to messages left on orders! In short! First order not very engaging to renew my confidence ...

I have not received any codes to collect my parcel from the locker. I'm still waiting for the seller to make the necessary arrangements.

A copy of an article I asked for in duplicate is missing, I called, sent emails to that effect, still no news..😡, so it's not serious.

Order arrived very quickly... bison pâté made in Haute Saône, France...sold for typical Canadian product.... disappointed by this product...

2 deliveries not honoured

When I placed my order I had a code for a 10 euro discount. The code didn't work. My daughter tried the next day but the code still didn't work. So I ordered without the 10 euro discount.

Hello, I have already phoned Camille (several times and left messages) and sent a note in an email, because my order was missing the 5 canes of amber maple syrup... I look forward to this error being rectified. Thank you Pascale Fuchs

delivery not respected

The products are perfect, identical to what can be found in Canada. However, customer service is not up to scratch.

Several orders placed with them without a hitch, except for the last one with a slight overcharge!!! it does not respond to emails or Facebook ... . ADIEU 😡
