An order No. 46431 placed on January 16 still has not arrived at its destination. In a letter dated 01/19, you inform me that the order with reference DUXSZMHUV is on its way. The very dark syrup can (1 L) was announced to be in stock at the time of my order, but following my complaint on 01/21, you replied that there is a delay at the port of Le Havre...
