the bottles were well packaged, but the outer carton was completely blown up because it wasn't strong. We'd need special packaging for the bottles, like the sites that sell alcohol do.

I ordered 3 boxes of maple cookies that the kids didn't like: I 2 asked for a return for the 2 unopened boxes of cookies and this return was never processed: I received no follow-up from this sales site "Les Trésors d'Érable" so I stopped shopping on this site and it's a shame because their range of maple water is excellent.
