Fast delivery , good products

When I placed my order I had a code for a 10 euro discount. The code didn't work. My daughter tried the next day but the code still didn't work. So I ordered without the 10 euro discount.

Hello, I have already phoned Camille (several times and left messages) and sent a note in an email, because my order was missing the 5 canes of amber maple syrup... I look forward to this error being rectified. Thank you Pascale Fuchs

delivery not respected

Package received in good condition, clear assembly instructions and easy-to-assemble components. One small problem: during assembly, I noticed that the armchairs were made of plastic rather than wood. This was not clear when I placed my order.

1 star deduction - I already mentioned it with my order, but you left it unanswered: 5 € processing fee for a work that you want to do is inappropriate for an order amount of 100.- € ( 5 % ! ) - everything else very good - thank you

Several orders placed with them without a hitch, except for the last one with a slight overcharge!!! it does not respond to emails or Facebook ... . ADIEU 😡

I did not receive my entire order. I then sent an e-mail to the after-sales service but I haven't received anything back.

I'm still waiting for my order placed on July 3rd, today is the 20th. My parcel got lost and came back to sender. It should have left on July 16th but I've had no news apart from a final message sent on the 19th. I think it's mainly the UPS driver's fault, but I still haven't heard anything.

Very bad communication with the seller. Following a damaged parcel, several emails to inform the seller and no reply. I had to block payment to get a single return email offering me a choice of returning the parcel or taking photos to return only the damaged products. After my reply, no confirmation email or information, or explanations, or even apologies. No information on parcel dispatch, tracking number etc. .... In short, we didn't know if the parcel had left or not and when it was due to be delivered. No voucher, no commercial gesture for the inconvenience. In short, we pay and that's all we're good for, so we don't talk about it! The politeness either no response to emails . thank you .

Damaged parcel with maple syrup everywhere! For my 3rd order it's a shame...

I had a problem with my delivery, my parcel was empty (fault of the deliveryman or my residence). So I can't assess the quality of the product. However, Céline was very understanding and refunded my order after several reminders. Thank you for that, Céline! A service that does its best to satisfy its customers.

Very nice chair but the finish leaves something to be desired, which is a shame... I have photos but I can't put them up.

Great service, great products, arrived quickly! Only issue was some of the packaging was damaged since the box was too big.

I haven't tasted everything, but the infusions are already very good, as is the sugar.

concerning my order, everything went very well. I put 4 stars and not 5 concerning the delivery part. I paid for delivery with DHL, I chose a collection point and this was not respected even though it was open and accessible. What's more, the deliveryman failed to tell me in which relay point he had finally delivered my parcel... I only got the notification "DELIVER" at the relay point I had chosen by e-mail, and not the new address... after calling DHL I was told they would keep me informed, I'm still waiting today. I was the one who went to the nearest relay points to see if they had my parcel, fortunately with good results.

Everything went very smoothly and was very well packaged.

I paid for a gift box that I did not even receive, disappointed my order was offered without even gift .. and no refund or gesture for what I paid and not received disappointment after the products ordered nothing to say very good

Dear I received my cans of maple sirop all 5 damaged. This is because they were not packed separately in the box. I informed you of this. However, I did not receive any response. Too bad! Regards Sabine

Parcel lost by UPS

I have no criticism to make of the products, but for my part, the logistics service was a disaster. I chose a collection point that I pass 4 times a day and they send it the opposite way. Despite my warnings on Friday, well before shipment on Monday, absolutely no one corrected the error or replied to my messages. Customer service available 7 days a week, what a joke. Having used Amazon Pay, I filed a complaint with Amazon. I received a response within the hour. It's amazing how the risk of a penalty made them react. They offered to move the parcel to the right collection point. I agreed. The parcel never left the wrong place to be transferred. Without informing me, they redelivered the parcel directly to my home, where I'm not at home during the day, so it was dropped off at a collection point I never go to, but it doesn't really matter, it's close to where I live. I opened the parcel and asked for five standard poutine sauces and five with maple syrup. Bingo, I got 10 x standard. Faced with such incompetence, I didn't even bother to make a complaint.

Order never received. The carrier dpd never delivered my order (it's not the first time I've had a delivery problem with this carrier with maple treasure) My complaint with maple treasure has still not been answered. it's regrettable.

Hello, the DPD driver didn't take the trouble to deliver the parcel to my home as planned but dropped it off at a relay point (of his choice). The problem was reported by e-mail to Les Trésors d'Érable, who replied that they would pass on the information to DPD. In view of the amount spent on their site, a commercial gesture would have been appreciated.
