The parcel was beautifully packaged and the goods were very tasty and fresh. One star deducted because the jar containing the maple butter no longer had a vacuum in the lid and was therefore not sealed tightly. I eat it anyway and for taste 100 points.

The Maple Caramels I ordered were delivered to an address 30 km away from where I live. The invoice shows the correct address in Cologne. The owner of the kiosk didn't want to give me any information about the package on the phone. He told me to contact UPS. Only when I showed him the proof of delivery in person did he look for the order. When I got back home, I noticed that the best-before date had passed by 2 months on all 5 packages. Well, they are Marple Caramels, they are certainly still good. But something like this should not happen. Never again.
