I would have put 5 stars because I was delighted with my order, fast and careful, but I had a small problem with one of the items purchased, I sent a first email to which I was replied that it would be repaired, I waited, I sent a second email and no response! Too bad

Some of the merchandise has an expiry date that's too short (end of 2023) to use up, which is a bit of a shame. I'd have liked to have the expiry date a bit longer, and I have to be wary of promotions. On the other hand, some products are of good quality and medium-priced.

Les Trésors d'Érable is not to blame; it's the GLS carrier that seriously damaged the manhole of my lift pump, which is in my garden. I've already reported this, but so far there's been no response.

I did receive my parcel but no news of confirmation of purchase (never received an email following online payment) and no feedback following contact via the appropriate form and therefore no response to my request after more than a week. Clearly there aren't many people in the back office... Too bad for them, I wanted to have their wholesale price to maybe start a professional contact.

After ordering UPS contacts me (message on answering machine) to inform me that the place of delivery is no longer in their allocation. So I have to contact UPS with a premium rate number, which I refuse. I contact the website where I ordered and they were very reactive. They informed me that the carrier GLS would deliver my order. 5 days later no news! No delivery! I'm going to relaunch the website. But for the moment I have paid and no delivery of the products. I'll change my mind if I'm delivered very quickly.

I rate Les Trésors d'Érable very to very poorly. Ordered two different dreamcatchers, one brown and one black, I am sent two black ones. About this I have sent 2 messages and I am still waiting for a response and solution. Sad, very sad for a store that sells stuff from "real Indians and then acts this way. Real Indians are loyal, but this company certainly is not. I recommend that you order NOTHING here!

1ere commande me manquer 2 produits dans mon colis sirops d'érable 1 au lieu de 3.et mon lot de 5 boîtes cookies date très courte 3mois seulement très déçu 😞 après réclamation reçu manquant aucun geste commercial pour cookies bientôt périmés .dommage!!!

This is the second time I have received AMBRÉ maple syrup when I ordered DORÉ syrup. Each time, the label says DORÉ goût DÉLICAT but in the box the syrup is AMBRÉ goût PRONONCÉ. We can no longer ignore the reality of this anomaly.

Order satisfied Except for one article because I received an equivalent to the product initially ordered and without warning me. What's more, I can't consume it in time, which is really too close...in fact, the order was received on August 4, and I can only consume the article from August 26 for family reasons and...dlc on August 20 for 4 packets (100g sausage packets, impossible to eat all at once) and the last 2 packets on August 31...

I ordered 3 boxes of maple cookies that the kids didn't like: I 2 asked for a return for the 2 unopened boxes of cookies and this return was never processed: I received no follow-up from this sales site "Les Trésors d'Érable" so I stopped shopping on this site and it's a shame because their range of maple water is excellent.
