I had to contact customer service to have customs fees of 23 euros mysteriously added to my cart removed, without any explanation. They were removed, so I placed my order which included 2 promotional discounts applied. -15% black Friday and a free biscuit box worth 9.99. They were all well presented and applied to the amount of my cart, I entered my credit card and proceeded to payment. The debited payment did not include the -15%. I contacted customer service again, no response. Really very disappointed, I have been ordering there for several years, this is the last one.

I haven't received any news about my package for over a week and I have never received a response to my email asking what was going on. In the meantime, I received the DPD tracking for the package but still no response to my email! Given the shipping costs, having ad-hoc communication seems like the minimum to me.
