I still haven't received my package and no one informed me that an item was out of stock, therefore it is arriving very late and it will be offered later than the scheduled date. Moreover, no apologies from the company, just a refund proposal. Best regards, JD

Order placed on 03/04, on 07/04 the delivery person informs me that the package is damaged: return to the sender, or "mis-sorted, which may cause a delay". On 08/04 I send you a message on your site to find out if you have been alerted... No response! On 12/04 I follow up, today is 14... still no response!!! Yet you announce "Customer service 7/7 + quick response to your requests". Today I still do not have my order, I have been waiting for 15 days. I can wait, I can understand that there is a delivery problem. What makes me angry is the lack of consideration for your customers. I will never order from you again!!!

A few boxes of cookies were damaged because there was nothing to protect them from the shocks with the cans of maple syrup. The previous identical order was much better in this regard because the boxes of cookies were also in a protective carton.

Very good product but I ordered a set on 27/02 and I received it today on 14/03, so I am disappointed with the shipping time which was supposed to be 24-48 hours and no commercial gesture, just told to wait because it is out of stock (written in stock on the site). Otherwise, great product.

Order received and very satisfied nevertheless I find that the follow-up of the orders is a little neglected. We pre-ordered an item that was being restocked and we knew that it would be available several weeks later, but we had no news for almost 2 months of the order of over 1000€ that we had placed and paid for. We started to worry, it would be nice to keep customers informed of the progress of orders. If I hadn't come to the news it would have been radio silence and there are so many scams online that it would be really reassuring.

Disappointed because I received a bottle of maple and raspberry rosé that was supposed to be consumed within the year (2019) or the following year, but by 2025 the product no longer has the same flavor... The bottle cost me 13.99 Euros. Despite my message on their website asking what could be done regarding this mishap, there has been no response after more than 10 days... just a 5 Euro discount via an automatic email congratulating me on my first order with a purchase suggestion: the same bottle... Too bad, I wanted to support other retailers than Amazon...

Curious exchange with after-sales service. I didn't receive the bottle I ordered. They tried to make me believe that it was the same thing (I ordered a cider and received a mix of spirits...), then told me that the reference I ordered no longer existed and that I could choose another reference at the same price, before finally agreeing to refund me. I was not asked to return my product, but at no point did the after-sales service apologize or confirm their error. So I wasn't wronged, but I must admit I didn't find the exchange very commercial or diplomatic.
