I specifically ordered the ceramic carafe on the site, which was originally available: I receive my package = no carafe but noted on the sheet "awaiting restock". So already it's annoying because I don't have my item and I have no email, nor any note to warn me and I don't even know when it will be available again. I don't even know if I will actually receive the missing item since I have no info.

High quality material. But packaging too flimsy, several small dents on the chairs, and with French delivery people, it's inevitable. The video assembly guide is just terrible! Sorry, but that's the truth. The living room formed by the 4 red Adirondack chairs is beautiful, too bad it's a bit spoiled by the delivery and the poor assembly guidance. The small pegs don't go in, you have to tinker a bit to achieve a perfect assembly. Too bad given the price.

Unfortunately, 1 chair was not 100% in order. The parts did not fit well together, but I solved it myself. There was also a missing screw in the chair and it had slight damages. Due to the place where they come from, I accepted it anyway.

I ordered 175 pieces of maple syrup candies, it also says so on the invoice and I only received 155. They indicate that I ordered a kilo but that is not true, you order them by piece (15/30/50/100/175). After my order, they changed the quantities on their website but I am still waiting for my 20 candies!

The products are in accordance with the description and really delicious. However, a significant delay occurred between the order and the shipment contrary to what is indicated on the site. Moreover, I had to follow up with customer service for the invoice to be sent to the authorities and for the customs formalities to be finalized. In total, more than 3 weeks between the order and the receipt of the package shipped by UPS. It's really a shame.

An order No. 46431 placed on January 16 still has not arrived at its destination. In a letter dated 01/19, you inform me that the order with reference DUXSZMHUV is on its way. The very dark syrup can (1 L) was announced to be in stock at the time of my order, but following my complaint on 01/21, you replied that there is a delay at the port of Le Havre... If you are unable to fulfill my order, I will ask you to refund me so that I can turn to another provider capable of satisfying me. Thank you

I am not satisfied with my last order. I received an email giving me a 15% discount with a minimum around 65€. When I took advantage of this offer, the minimum had risen to 115€! And all this while respecting the deadline. I reported it during my order. No reaction from you! Otherwise, I received the ordered products, but with a 10% discount. Thank you for responding.
