The order / tracking perfect. However, the delivery.... the first package received was impeccable. The second package delivered after a complaint, bottles that were not in the original box, super sticky and one item less out of 12, the caps detached. The products met my expectations, but I am surprised by the appearance of the Celebration biscuits which seem to have had temperature change issues... Certainly the expiration date was slightly exceeded (hence the attractive price), but this has never affected the quality of biscuits...

Unfortunately, the Celebration TRUFFÉES ÉRABLE have already reached the expiration date of 18.08.2025. I wanted to give it as a gift at the end of September, but I can no longer do that. These should have at least 3 months of shelf life displayed after delivery. Since I intentionally chose the regular price and not the reduced ones, I am dissatisfied with the delivery. What a shame.

The order was placed on 19/08. After several delays, as of 07/09 I still haven't received it. UPS tells me they are "putting in place action plans to deliver to me as soon as possible". ACTION PLANS! Wow, that's impressive for a small package of 5.3kg!!! As for the invoice payment, there was no waiting, my account was debited the amount of the order on 20/08. So 1 star is still a good rating!
