Order satisfied Except for one article because I received an equivalent to the product initially ordered and without warning me. What's more, I can't consume it in time, which is really too close...in fact, the order was received on August 4, and I can only consume the article from August 26 for family reasons and...dlc on August 20 for 4 packets (100g sausage packets, impossible to eat all at once) and the last 2 packets on August 31...

The arrived products are so far ok, one bottle is missing, one can dented, one bottle partially leaked, possibly the fault of DHL, so far no feedback from Les Tresors d`Érable.

A very good site, with excellent products and average prices. But it should refocus on delivery, especially to relay points (check the details of the relay point requested when ordering before sending the parcel).

The order went well, as did the delivery of the non-fresh products. On the other hand, the delivery of fresh products (€14 extra delivery) had a lot of trouble getting to my delivery address indicated on the order form. Delivered the 1st time, delivered to my home the 2nd time (wrong address given to the delivery company) even though I had asked for it at work. The person in charge of delivery was kind enough to call me to find out where he should deliver the 3rd time, which saved the goods from breaking the cold chain - phew!

Very satisfied with my order. A downside however for the box of herbal tea that arrived literally crushed under the beers. It was to offer to a lover of herbal tea and for the blow we could not offer because the packaging was ruined.

Very satisfied with my purchase as usual but not with the delivery company that drops off at the relay point without being c***r to deliver to individuals yet there was someone at home, usually I put 5 stars change the delivery person.
