The products are good but delivery can take 2 weeks as was my case the site says in stock but when the order is placed and time passes without news we write on FB and we are told it's normal I'm out of stock you have to wait and not even compensation for the wait

I still haven't received my package and no one informed me that an item was out of stock, therefore it is arriving very late and it will be offered later than the scheduled date. Moreover, no apologies from the company, just a refund proposal. Best regards, JD

Order placed on 03/04, on 07/04 the delivery person informs me that the package is damaged: return to the sender, or "mis-sorted, which may cause a delay". On 08/04 I send you a message on your site to find out if you have been alerted... No response! On 12/04 I follow up, today is 14... still no response!!! Yet you announce "Customer service 7/7 + quick response to your requests". Today I still do not have my order, I have been waiting for 15 days. I can wait, I can understand that there is a delivery problem. What makes me angry is the lack of consideration for your customers. I will never order from you again!!!

Céline is very available, kind, and efficient but was missing an item (returned immediately, thank you). Order preparation was not great and the DPD delivery person was useless, didn't bother to come to my home and pretended they couldn't reach me! I was at home and didn't receive any call!
