I ordered 4 boxes of vine wine and maple tea from Turkey, in packages of 20 bags) and I received 7 boxes of black Ice Wine Tea from ML21 in packages of 12 bags. I've already sent 2 emails, with no response, and a message on Facebook, where I'm offered a refund because the tea is out of stock it seems. I've had no reply to my request for a return procedure, but the tea is still on sale on the website!

You chose UPS as your carrier and your very fast delivery to the Point Relais was refused by the Point Relais. UPS obliged him to collect it from their warehouse, which is 80km from my home and closed on Saturdays... I finally collected my parcel elsewhere, closer to my home, but after 3 calls to the form platform. You are in no way responsible, except that you need to update your relay points. UPS does not deliver anything around Annemasse 74 . Delighted with my order which I almost returned.

I'm happy with my purchase because it's a good price, but unfortunately I don't feel the taste of maple syrup enough. As a result, I'm disappointed with the product. I also had a big problem with the delivery, which wasn't delivered to the requested location and was delivered to an even different place and further away than what had been noted on the delivery tracking. In short, it was difficult to find out where my parcel was.

I am satisfied with the product, which corresponds perfectly to my order. However, the order took 2 weeks to ship and I did not receive any follow-up or message when I contacted the company. Admittedly it was between the holidays and I suppose there were a lot of orders to process, but a follow-up message or information on shipping times would not have been out of place to reassure the customer.

Last time I ordered it was better(but I didn't leave a review then). As of January 8, 2025 I have yet to receive my caribou wine or get a response to what happened to my order. If this gets resolved I'll write an updated response but otherwise it will be the last time I order or even recommend this place

The Adirondack garden chair and the cookies are a Christmas present. The person was very happy about it. That's the good news! However, the delivery of the parcel was subterranean. 1. the service provider was changed several times although both were announced as UPS. The cookies arrived at a UPS center with GLS. The owner threatened me with legal action when I went to collect the goods. The garden chair was delivered to me with DHL. 2. the parcel with the garden chair had to be repackaged as the original box had been broken. All in all, I would not order anything from you again.
