The supplier is very serious, from whom I ordered this exceptional Quebec maple syrup (amber or dark or very dark) for the 2nd time, which cannot be found in supermarkets. It is sweet, velvety for cooking caramelized pork ribs, etc... or to accompany pancakes, desserts (for example, Greek yogurt).
