After being shunted between two relay points by UPS, I finally pick up my order and discover that it's incomplete. Given that it's for a Christmas present and I've had no response from the after-sales service, I'm really disappointed... It's a shame because your products are good! I ordered salted butter caramel popcorns and they were all soft. I looked at the expiration date and it was October 2023 even though I placed my order on November 02, 2023. The other products have an expiry date of MA 2024 except for the chocolate/maple syrup cakes, which have no expiration date (not yet opened).
