I am satisfied with the product, which corresponds perfectly to my order. However, the order took 2 weeks to ship and I did not receive any follow-up or message when I contacted the company. Admittedly it was between the holidays and I suppose there were a lot of orders to process, but a follow-up message or information on shipping times would not have been out of place to reassure the customer.

Everything arrived fine. Only missed the status info, maybe to be at the end of the year ... I asked questions in customer service without response until I received my order 10 days later. in any case I think it is important to have a more responsive customer contact service to give us information when necessary.

The Adirondack garden chair and the cookies are a Christmas present. The person was very happy about it. That's the good news! However, the delivery of the parcel was subterranean. 1. the service provider was changed several times although both were announced as UPS. The cookies arrived at a UPS center with GLS. The owner threatened me with legal action when I went to collect the goods. The garden chair was delivered to me with DHL. 2. the parcel with the garden chair had to be repackaged as the original box had been broken. All in all, I would not order anything from you again.

I didn't understand why my parcels were sent to a different relay point than the one requested. What's more, they were sent in two parcels with a delay in receipt, so I had to go twice to the relay point, which is further away than the one I requested.

The pancake mix pack was punctured and therefore spilled in the parcel. And I was reimbursed for an item without being told what it was until I received the parcel, which was a surprise. Once the parcel was at the relay, no message from the store .... I received an e-mail from DPD 4 days before the parcel was returned!

bonjour , pas très content car : commander un lot de 5 bouteilles et a la livraison que 4 bouteilles ,dans le colis le coffret cadeau abimé , dons réclamation aussi . donc un deuxième colis pour le manque d'uns bouteille et le coffret , a l'arrivée le coffret cadeau aussi abimé , et pas d'excuse ; et je ne pas des pots de caramel sur le site au moment de la commande , payé et plus en stock . cordialement très très déçu . cordialement
