Missing gift box

Normally there was a gift with, a pouch however absent from the package I left a message on the phone number listed on the invoice: I never had a return!!!!

Prices were fair, delivery was sent on time, everything arrived as it should BUT UPS was a nightmare to receive my order from, as usual the package was delayed, I got far too many emails, the package couldn’t be delivered to my initially requested address. Unless shipping is done with a different company, next time I’ll likely order elsewhere to skip the pain.

Disappointed with the size of some products and the lack of personalization of the package. Otherwise a satisfactory experience.

I received my parcel with a product that did not conform to my order. I phoned Céline. I was told to leave a voice message or a text message, which I did as soon as I received my parcel on Monday 25. I'm waiting for a contact to rectify this error. Attached my message I received my order AXKTXHOGU but in the LTEOO16 I have a wild blueberry jam when I should have hard candy maple syrup Can you tell me how to regularize this package discovery? thank you.

Received quickly but one box was torn.

Super happy to have received the products from Quebec...it smells like the holidays at home. Only one box of cakes, the use-by date had passed ;-(...I was immediately reimbursed.

I haven't tasted it yet xD The parcel arrived early ... at the planned post office. Too bad there's no post office in my area.

Just the date of the blueberry cookies ends in 2024, unlike the other cakes but don't worry 2 packs have already been eaten...

Satisfactory delivery time

The ordering process and delivery were carried out quickly. Unfortunately, there were errors with the order quantity. For example, only 1 poutine sauce mix was delivered instead of 10 as ordered. In addition, the gift box was damaged due to incorrect loading in the box. I hope for improvement and will continue to order. Yours sincerely, Harald Horbas

Ordered on 08 November 2024: 2 x 1.89l clamato juice 2 x old fashioned baked beans 2 x maple syrup baked beans 10 x powdered pouting sauce mix 4 x 500g poutine cheese curds We paid €18.18 for chronofresh delivery. As we qualified for free 1-3 day delivery, we were quite happy. Expecting delivery on 13th November, we received notification that a delivery from DPD would arrive on 14th November, which it did. Said delivery contained: 2 x clamato 4 x baked beans No poutine sauce mix and no cheese curds. After contacting Les Trésors d'Èrable customer service, we were told that the missing items would arrive on the 15th November. They didn't. So we called again and were told that the items would definitely be delivered on the Saturday 16th November, before noon. They weren't. We called chronofresh only to find they don't deliver on Saturdays. The 'frozen' items eventually arrived at approx. 15:00 18th November. Strangely, the box contained: 4 x 500g cheese curds (defrosted) 10 x powdered poutine mix (soggy and unusable) The usable items were great. The rest not so much. Once bitten, twice shy, as they say. Unfortunately for us, never again.

Quality products, but transport packaging needs to be reviewed for the maple water cartons, as 3 of them have cracked pouring tops, resulting in a slight loss of liquid in the carton and damaged products.

Very satisfied with the products, the parcel arrived well packed. I would have put 5 ⭐️ Unfortunately the gift box was missing and I was charged for it.

Following a problem receiving the parcel, Céline was very responsive and quickly resolved the situation. The package was a little damaged but the merchandise was apparently intact. The crushed shortbread had not yet been opened, so the gift was not very presentable.

Error on cake order. Maple ordered and blueberry delivered. I don't like it.

After calling the after-sales service, I was reimbursed for the missing item.

Fast shipping but one paid item was missing. Contacted several times by email to resolve the issue but never received a response.

No problems with the products, but with the delivery: UPS never came to my house even though it was requested - I had to go to a relay point.

big problems with the delivery of the parcel by UPS, the place of delivery had changed, but I was not warned, very bad UPS customer service, it took 5 calls before someone told me where my parcel was. I also contacted erable customer service to ask for help, I got no answer.

Instead of a package with 10x Poutine Mélange, I`ve got only 1 piece. I wrote to you immedeately, but got no response.

Fast service, but several boxes of cookies arrive with a whole row of broken ones.

Super happy with our order aside from one of the maple syrups leaking. Otherwise, super glad I’m able to get a taste of home while living abroad

●When I ordered the maple syrup and maple syrup cream cookies, what I really liked was the shape of the cakes. There are pages and pages of "blabla" and it's right at the end, I didn't realize it when ordering, that in the composition it says it's made with palm oil! So I will NEVER recommend it and I think you should have put the composition of this cookie at the beginning of your "blabla" . ●I was quickly delivered for the cookies, the Poutine sauce and and the buffalo pate . ● For the Poutine cheese I thought it would never arrive! On Saturday morning from 8am to 1pm I waited for nothing, on Monday morning 8am-1pm nothing, and on Tuesday morning between 9.45am and 10.45am I was FINALLY delivered by Chronofresh , by a charming young man . I hope you will complain to Chronofresh. I find that unacceptable, I had no phone call, no apology! Now that I know it's fresh cheddar , hard to find in France , I'll take grated cheddar , maybe it'll do the same , I'll see . ● I haven't tried the sauce and cheese yet, apparently it's very good. As I've asked for a lot I'm not going to recommend it just yet. ● the note is because of the palm oil and the deplorable delivery of frozen foods, but even with Chronopost I sometimes had problems.

Order delivered quickly. One product was out of stock (not when I ordered). I would have preferred a later delivery rather than a refund. I'll have to recommend it with shipping costs...

Perfect service!

A missing item (a bottle, we're not talking about something discreet...!) and an after-sales service that still hasn't replied after two weeks. Unacceptable.

Maple sugar pecan pralines best before date passed

There was a problem with my order, I didn't receive all my order at once without any mention on the site. I had to send 3 unanswered emails to finally receive the balance of my delivery later. Excellent product but lack of communication

Half of my order did not arrive and do not get any response to my request to still get them. Paid for 2 sets but received 1set

The box for preparing the pancakes was open.

The delivery came quickly but only partially, one maple syrup was missing. There was no explanation. I received no reply to my inquiry. That's not acceptable, I paid in advance.

Poor packaging in the parcel. Cookies completely smashed

I am in two minds about my experience with Trésors d'érable. The web site shows only one kind of syrup, the product from Quebec in the traditional Quebec tins. I thought this was what I was ordering and would be getting. However, the tins I received say "Made in Canada" but do not look like the ones which are shown on the web site (i.e. the traditional Quebec maple syrup tins) and I do not recognize the packaging at all - and I am Canadian, and a Quebecker to boot. When I asked for the unfamiliar tins to be replaced by the ones shown on the web site, I was told that I received what I ordered, i.e. Made in Canada syrup, just the packaging was different. If that is the case, I wonder why this maple syrup in this packaging is not featured at all on their web site. It certainly leads to misunderstandings and disappointment.

Order received promptly, well packaged, one small drawback: fortunately the least expensive item was missing.
