on my last order, I am missing an item, no news for the moment

Disappointed because I received a bottle of maple and raspberry rosé that was supposed to be consumed within the year (2019) or the following year, but by 2025 the product no longer has the same flavor... The bottle cost me 13.99 Euros. Despite my message on their website asking what could be done regarding this mishap, there has been no response after more than 10 days... just a 5 Euro discount via an automatic email congratulating me on my first order with a purchase suggestion: the same bottle... Too bad, I wanted to support other retailers than Amazon...

Both cans of maple syrup were dented

Free delivery charge of €2.50 for every €100 spent.

Gift box received completely broken, a pity as it was for a Christmas present.

I placed an order on 11/29 that came with a problem, I wrote to them to inform them and to this day they still haven't responded.

The products seem to be of good quality but unfortunately I didn't receive all my order and it was impossible to get a response from customer service.

The pancake mix pack was punctured and therefore spilled in the parcel. And I was reimbursed for an item without being told what it was until I received the parcel, which was a surprise. Once the parcel was at the relay, no message from the store .... I received an e-mail from DPD 4 days before the parcel was returned!

The order was not complete

After a very laborious delivery (via UPS), the parcel arrived with damaged boxes inside. I contacted the after-sales service again with photos, but no return for over a week. The products are good, but I won't be ordering from Trésors d'Érable again... Too bad

As much as I appreciate the Trésors d'érable products. Too bad that the delivery was not respected according to my order. This causes unnecessary problems.

bonjour , pas très content car : commander un lot de 5 bouteilles et a la livraison que 4 bouteilles ,dans le colis le coffret cadeau abimé , dons réclamation aussi . donc un deuxième colis pour le manque d'uns bouteille et le coffret , a l'arrivée le coffret cadeau aussi abimé , et pas d'excuse ; et je ne pas des pots de caramel sur le site au moment de la commande , payé et plus en stock . cordialement très très déçu . cordialement

Parcel arrived safely, but a small beech tree holding the maple tree was broken.

I was not notified of the arrival of my parcel at the relay point.

I ordered 2 jars of maple spread and one 2 was opened...it was sticking everywhere in the bubble wrap...

Courier UPS Lost My package.

I sent a message and a sms and got zero response.too bad.

Order received but gift box not included. Message sent to customer service and no reply!

For the purchase zero problem, when you mark (box gift offered dice 60€); you invoice 5.58€ and a discount of 5.02€ for =>box gift offered dice 60€ Me I would say not offered At UPS, change of place of delivery (the 1st would have refused) and shift in the date of delivery

The box arrived ripped at the lid joint and therefore unusable.

Normally there was a gift with, a pouch however absent from the package I left a message on the phone number listed on the invoice: I never had a return!!!!

Ordered on 08 November 2024: 2 x 1.89l clamato juice 2 x old fashioned baked beans 2 x maple syrup baked beans 10 x powdered pouting sauce mix 4 x 500g poutine cheese curds We paid €18.18 for chronofresh delivery. As we qualified for free 1-3 day delivery, we were quite happy. Expecting delivery on 13th November, we received notification that a delivery from DPD would arrive on 14th November, which it did. Said delivery contained: 2 x clamato 4 x baked beans No poutine sauce mix and no cheese curds. After contacting Les Trésors d'Èrable customer service, we were told that the missing items would arrive on the 15th November. They didn't. So we called again and were told that the items would definitely be delivered on the Saturday 16th November, before noon. They weren't. We called chronofresh only to find they don't deliver on Saturdays. The 'frozen' items eventually arrived at approx. 15:00 18th November. Strangely, the box contained: 4 x 500g cheese curds (defrosted) 10 x powdered poutine mix (soggy and unusable) The usable items were great. The rest not so much. Once bitten, twice shy, as they say. Unfortunately for us, never again.

Quality products, but transport packaging needs to be reviewed for the maple water cartons, as 3 of them have cracked pouring tops, resulting in a slight loss of liquid in the carton and damaged products.

Fast shipping but one paid item was missing. Contacted several times by email to resolve the issue but never received a response.

big problems with the delivery of the parcel by UPS, the place of delivery had changed, but I was not warned, very bad UPS customer service, it took 5 calls before someone told me where my parcel was. I also contacted erable customer service to ask for help, I got no answer.

Instead of a package with 10x Poutine Mélange, I`ve got only 1 piece. I wrote to you immedeately, but got no response.

●When I ordered the maple syrup and maple syrup cream cookies, what I really liked was the shape of the cakes. There are pages and pages of "blabla" and it's right at the end, I didn't realize it when ordering, that in the composition it says it's made with palm oil! So I will NEVER recommend it and I think you should have put the composition of this cookie at the beginning of your "blabla" . ●I was quickly delivered for the cookies, the Poutine sauce and and the buffalo pate . ● For the Poutine cheese I thought it would never arrive! On Saturday morning from 8am to 1pm I waited for nothing, on Monday morning 8am-1pm nothing, and on Tuesday morning between 9.45am and 10.45am I was FINALLY delivered by Chronofresh , by a charming young man . I hope you will complain to Chronofresh. I find that unacceptable, I had no phone call, no apology! Now that I know it's fresh cheddar , hard to find in France , I'll take grated cheddar , maybe it'll do the same , I'll see . ● I haven't tried the sauce and cheese yet, apparently it's very good. As I've asked for a lot I'm not going to recommend it just yet. ● the note is because of the palm oil and the deplorable delivery of frozen foods, but even with Chronopost I sometimes had problems.

A missing item (a bottle, we're not talking about something discreet...!) and an after-sales service that still hasn't replied after two weeks. Unacceptable.

Half of my order did not arrive and do not get any response to my request to still get them. Paid for 2 sets but received 1set

The delivery came quickly but only partially, one maple syrup was missing. There was no explanation. I received no reply to my inquiry. That's not acceptable, I paid in advance.

I ordered 2 packs of 5 cans of maple syrup. I only received one pack at first. I had to ask twice to receive the second pack. The delivery for the first pack did not take place on the day announced, I was informed in the middle of the day after having been monopolized at the apartment all morning. In conclusion, a lot of trouble for a very simple order and, incidentally, no apology from trésors d'Érable.

Hello, as mentioned in the two emails sent to this company for which I am waiting for a reply, the parcel was not complete.

This is the first time I've been completely dissatisfied. The contents of the package were covered in flour (one of the three packages was open at the top. All the items were therefore sprinkled with flour. I don't understand why the packaging is so poorly designed.

Late shipping. Items put in my box without care (1 item damaged and others rather limited). Items within the best-before date (BBD)... and a customer service department supposedly available 7/7 and providing a rapid response... which in fact doesn't reply to messages left on orders! In short! First order not very engaging to renew my confidence ...

When I placed my order I had a code for a 10 euro discount. The code didn't work. My daughter tried the next day but the code still didn't work. So I ordered without the 10 euro discount.

I'm still waiting for my order placed on July 3rd, today is the 20th. My parcel got lost and came back to sender. It should have left on July 16th but I've had no news apart from a final message sent on the 19th. I think it's mainly the UPS driver's fault, but I still haven't heard anything.

Very bad communication with the seller. Following a damaged parcel, several emails to inform the seller and no reply. I had to block payment to get a single return email offering me a choice of returning the parcel or taking photos to return only the damaged products. After my reply, no confirmation email or information, or explanations, or even apologies. No information on parcel dispatch, tracking number etc. .... In short, we didn't know if the parcel had left or not and when it was due to be delivered. No voucher, no commercial gesture for the inconvenience. In short, we pay and that's all we're good for, so we don't talk about it! The politeness either no response to emails . thank you .

I paid for a gift box that I did not even receive, disappointed my order was offered without even gift .. and no refund or gesture for what I paid and not received disappointment after the products ordered nothing to say very good

Dear I received my cans of maple sirop all 5 damaged. This is because they were not packed separately in the box. I informed you of this. However, I did not receive any response. Too bad! Regards Sabine
