Hello, I don't quite understand how the beads for the kettle work. Should we leave 1 liter of water constantly in the kettle, or is it enough that the water boils with the beads? Thank you.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our products! The ideal is to leave the pearls permanently in the reservoir filled with the kettle so that the water is continuously activated.

I have very hard tap water and although it is very monitored, I found it had a taste. With these beads in my water carafe, I feel like I am drinking softer water.

Absolutely not satisfied with the water bottle. Metallic taste (from the filter where the beads are stored) and rubbery taste (from the bottom seal of the bottle) disgusting taste! Well, that said, when we talk about natural with rubber at the bottom of the bottle, it's not natural for me... For 30 euros the bottle, it's really expensive! Honestly, drinking unfiltered tap water is less 'gross'.

Hello Nelly, we acknowledge your message. As you live in Guadeloupe, the customs administration indeed requires you, as a buyer, to pay the sea tax. However, your order has been invoiced without taxes on our side (VAT at 0%), in accordance with the legislation. Unfortunately, we cannot intervene on the customs fees that are then requested from you! We wish you a nice day, The Green Sheep Team

Even with the beads, the water still has a plumbing taste. I am disappointed given the price I paid.

Hello, the number of ceramic beads per liter is not an 'exact science' and depends on the initial quality of the water. It is considered that about 15 beads are needed for 0.75 to 1 liter of water, and we do not want to push consumption (it is sufficient in 95% of cases). But when the water is very chlorinated or hard, more beads need to be used, up to 30 beads per liter of water, to achieve a perfectly neutral taste. Initially, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the carafe and simultaneously boiling the beads and then letting them dry in the sun. If this solution is ineffective, then the number of beads will need to be increased. Do not hesitate to keep us informed!

I ordered 3 bottles, they seem very good. Today one of the bottles with ceramic pearls broke at the bottom without falling.. The seal in the cap doesn't hold very well.. I am very disappointed

Upon delivery, a broken pearl. Otherwise, the delivery time is fast. These pearls allow you to consume tap water without fear. I recommend using them to avoid buying plastic bottles and to preserve our planet.
