The beads seem to work, the taste indeed differs from the tap. I think the improvement would be to make beads to purify water for healthier water. Even if your study has proven a similar purification in my opinion.

Hello, I bought a tick collar for my dog. My dog wore it for 3 weeks... it is now hanging by a thread!!! As for its effectiveness, even impregnated with lavender essential oil, it did not prevent ticks from invading my furry friend... Very expensive for what it is. I am very very disappointed and I request a refund...! Best regards, M.Rejneri

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello, we acknowledge your message and apologize for this inconvenience. Under normal usage conditions, this collar has an average effectiveness duration of two years against ticks; lavender essential oil is suggested as a complement to the collar for its anti-flea effect but has no action on ticks. The after-sales service will contact you by email for the return and refund of this item under our "satisfaction or money back" guarantee. Have a nice day.
