Just a shame to put polystyrene in the packages for a site that is rather concerned about the environment... otherwise great!

Hello Marion and thank you for your interest in our products. The packing peanuts used to protect your package are not made of polystyrene but of Pelaspan® Bio, a natural material made from corn starch (hence their popcorn smell!). This product is not only natural but also compostable, in your individual Boka-compost composter. In general, please know that we pay special attention to our packaging, so that it is as environmentally friendly as possible :)

We take good note of your comment and thank you for it. Indeed, as you point out, we have faced an extremely significant increase in postal rates in recent months, which we regret. We have chosen to only partially pass these on to our own shipping costs (4.90€ for a drop-off at a relay point, for example). Please also note that shipping costs are free for orders over 45 euros. We hope that your order will give you complete satisfaction and wish you a nice day.

I really appreciated the speed of delivery. And above all, I have had the ceramic beads for less than a week and I can't do without them anymore. It really makes a difference. I think I will reorder for more use. Thank you

I bought the ceramic beads, tired of having to carry packs of mineral water and not being able to drink tap water without adding lemon or something else to disguise its taste. And really surprised to enjoy drinking a glass of water with a neutral taste and feeling light! It no longer sits heavily in my stomach like before. A simple pleasure but so essential!

The attachment / fixing system of the collar for cats and dogs Cera Nimo hemp with EM clay beads is really too big, heavy and especially does not hold at all; it's a shame because the collar itself is quite discreet and light, so we need to find another system to use this collar so that it stays around our cat's neck...

Very fast delivery, fair prices. Just a small downside for the vegetable bags (to avoid using paper bags) I did not realize the size, too small.

9.6 liters x2 is enough for a small apartment... Well filled and well packed it's quite heavy so if you're hesitating with the 15L you are warned ^^ - I would add however that I would have liked the top lid to be airtight it is not... also it is not "clip-on" it is just "placed" it is a problem if you live with curious animals, or for transport (personally I put tape on 4 edges to keep it closed). I say this because I doubt that the rubberized packer that acts as a "seal" will last over time, and that eventually it will be defective in its sealing function.
