Hello Daniele, in household appliances, ceramic pearls help reduce the limestone present in the water, which tends to clog the pipes. This allows, in the long run, to better maintain your machines. As a result, they will consume less electricity and last longer!

On the first two opened boxes, one of the charcoal pieces is the right size and floats after reactivation. The second is half smaller and does not float during its first use. I haven't unpacked the other boxes yet...

I appreciated that you quickly replaced a broken item received, but it seems to me that the quality is lower than that of the initial item...

Hello Sylvie, Hello, Thank you for your feedback. the charcoal stick is too light. In an open carafe, it keeps falling when we pour water. After several days of use, I removed and stored them.

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello Julie, We are sorry to hear that your experience was not satisfactory and we thank you for your feedback. In the first few days of use, it is normal for the charcoal stick to float. Its very porous structure initially contains air, and it takes a little time for the pores to soak up water. This phase can sometimes take up to a small week. During this time, the stick may rise to the surface and move in the carafe when pouring water. Once well soaked, it becomes denser and generally stays at the bottom. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve the information provided so that use is simpler and clearer from the start. Best regards. The team of Green Sheep

I have known and used the beads for several years for drinking water, I offer them to my family members and also to my friends. I tested the new household cleaner and I am very happy with this product as well, perfect for cleaning all surfaces: no rinsing needed with a simple wipe, it's impeccable and safe.

Very good, I am really happy and the water is much better than when using a filter, I had a problem with a musty smell!!! There, clean for 30 minutes then we can rinse everything and drink it 15 minutes later. Very happy, I will order some for the coffee maker and my kettle. Thank you for the serious shipping!
