The package was delivered open, no merchandise inside. Twice I sent an email, to date no response from the green sheep. Therefore, I cannot evaluate the product even though I am already convinced. However, the after-sales service, given the circumstances, is not really up to par. We are in a confinement period, but it remains very long nonetheless

Hello Julie, unfortunately we did not receive your message. Would you like us to proceed with the cancellation of your order? For your information, shipping rates appear once the cart is completed. They are 4.85 euros for delivery to a pickup point and 5.80 euros for home delivery via Colissimo. They are free for purchases over 40 euros. Have a nice day!

I still do not have the order, yet there was a colissimo of 5.8€. For the rest of the notes, I am waiting to have the beads. I hope there will be a commercial gesture.
