I find that the 'pearls' really change the water in the carafe and also the state of the carafe. In my very iron-rich region, there was a red-brown deposit that disappeared after some time of use. I also really like putting the pearls in the washing machine, they make the laundry softer. Improvement: the durability of the fabric surrounding the pearls for the washing machine. With friction, it wears out very quickly. I am on my third purchase...!

Very happy. Careful packaging, fast delivery. The only downside, I would have liked a slightly larger capacity for the bottle, 750ml or 1l. Otherwise, nothing to say, perfect

I own Anne LORCH's book and found all the forms of EM powder there. I already bought orange powder but on your site I can't find the gray powder? How can I get it?

Hello, thank you for your interest in our products. The gray powder we sell is available here, in a packaging of 80 g: https://www.lesvertsmoutons.com/produit/poudre-ceramique-peinture-additif/ This is our only reference to date.

Except for the transport because the package was repackaged by the post office, everything else is correct.

Good evening, We acknowledge your message and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The number of ceramic beads per liter is not an "exact science" and depends on the initial quality of the water. It is considered that about 15 beads are needed for 0.75 to 1 liter of water, and we do not wish to encourage overconsumption (this is sufficient in 95% of cases). However, when the water is heavily chlorinated or hard, more beads need to be used, up to 30 beads per liter of water, to achieve a perfectly neutral taste. This should restore their proper functioning. Thank you for keeping us informed. If this still does not suit you, under our Satisfaction or Money Back guarantee, please feel free to return the product for a refund. Best regards, The Green Sheep Team
