On the first two opened boxes, one of the charcoal pieces is the right size and floats after reactivation. The second is half smaller and does not float during its first use. I haven't unpacked the other boxes yet...

the charcoal stick is too light. In an open carafe, it keeps falling when we pour water. After several days of use, I removed and stored them.

Its very porous structure initially contains air, and it takes a little time for the pores to soak up water. This phase can sometimes take up to a small week. During this time, the stick may rise to the surface and move in the carafe when pouring water. Once well soaked, it becomes denser and generally stays at the bottom. I appreciate the ceramic beads for filtering tap water. As for the 2-liter cleaning product, it is effective but I find it a bit expensive.

Regarding the cleaning product, it should be noted that it needs to be diluted to 10%, which represents a total of 20 liters of product. The cost per liter is thus one of the cheapest on the market, for a completely natural product that poses no risk to the home and its inhabitants :)

After trials, my water still smelled of chlorine and other tastes that I cannot identify. I am therefore disappointed. It's really a shame, I hoped to get rid of all that.

However, regarding the ceramic beads for the kettle, as I can only speak about that having ordered nothing else, I do not see a significant result. The kettle continues to scale and the water remains a bit cloudy, even if it seems to diminish over time. This is not a purchase I recommend.
