Package put in another mailbox! That is to say in the box below mine! Fortunately, overflowing mail, I was able to grab the package! But after 3 days that I had this idea! After putting up a notice locally, etc... it is very unpleasant!

I didn't know about this system and a friend told me about it. So I bought and tried it. It suits me for now. I have already passed the website address to two friends.

I love the utility and efficiency of ceramic beads but I regret the cost of delivery

We take good note of your comment and thank you for it. Indeed, as you point out, we have faced an extremely significant increase in postal rates in recent months, which we regret. We have chosen to only partially pass these on to our own shipping costs (4.90€ for a drop-off at a relay point, for example). Please also note that shipping costs are free for orders over 45 euros. We hope that your order will give you complete satisfaction and wish you a nice day.

It is about the product itself. Not at all sure of its effectiveness. Too bad. I believed in it.

Good evening for the BOKA Compost I would have liked the instructions to be written in larger print and to have a booklet with more explanations...

Order processed very quickly and fast delivery. Email tracking of the delivery was very satisfactory. However, I am not convinced by the product; I find that the water has an unpleasant taste and I do not notice any improvement in the preservation of fruits and vegetables. Thank you

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Good evening, We acknowledge your message and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The number of ceramic beads per liter is not an "exact science" and depends on the initial quality of the water. It is considered that about 15 beads are needed for 0.75 to 1 liter of water, and we do not wish to encourage overconsumption (this is sufficient in 95% of cases). However, when the water is heavily chlorinated or hard, more beads need to be used, up to 30 beads per liter of water, to achieve a perfectly neutral taste. This should restore their proper functioning. Thank you for keeping us informed. If this still does not suit you, under our Satisfaction or Money Back guarantee, please feel free to return the product for a refund. Best regards, The Green Sheep Team

I just started with your products so it's impossible to judge them for now. But I would like to receive more explanations about the carafe pearls, which last 10 years without changing them.... And about those for food... Thank you Best regards
