Order ok, fast and careful shipping. I would have appreciated that the bottle came with a user guide. For the toothpaste, there is no information in French.

I paid the delivery fees in chronopost 18.70 € and the delivery was "converted" to colissimo, order placed on January 2nd and my daughter received her gift on the 10th. When I asked for a refund for the delivery, no one bothered to respond to me. I will never come back to you again.

Regarding the price of our products, it is also important to consider that the ceramic is effective for about ten years. Using 15 ceramic beads therefore costs about 10 cents per month to enjoy tap water again, which remains very reasonable, especially when compared to the price of bottled water :-)

It is good to inform the customer of all the fees that accompany their order. Although I took advantage of the sales on your site, I had to pay too many shipping fees (an additional 14 euros tax on the value of the 18 euro Colissimo). The delivery fees therefore cost me more than the item itself (25.03 euros)! P.S.: I also live in overseas in a French department! Otherwise, despite a longer wait than expected, I appreciate day by day the quality of your product. Finally a step for me for less plastic for the planet. So thank you! And good continuation.

I told you by message I cannot use it as a drink it constipated me and prevented me from sleeping I put it in my fridge and in the electric kettle you probably can't do anything about it but ceramic I didn't think of clay and it's not marked I should have known that the ceramic comes from clay but no I didn't think of it that's why I put 3
