Hello, I bought a tick collar for my dog. My dog wore it for 3 weeks... it is now hanging by a thread!!! As for its effectiveness, even impregnated with lavender essential oil, it did not prevent ticks from invading my furry friend... Very expensive for what it is. I am very very disappointed and I request a refund...! Best regards, M.Rejneri

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello, we acknowledge your message and apologize for this inconvenience. Under normal usage conditions, this collar has an average effectiveness duration of two years against ticks; lavender essential oil is suggested as a complement to the collar for its anti-flea effect but has no action on ticks. The after-sales service will contact you by email for the return and refund of this item under our "satisfaction or money back" guarantee. Have a nice day.

Ease of use, but I will not be sure of the effectiveness, especially on my household appliances as the water is particularly hard, until some time has passed.

I appreciate it a lot. Since I started using it (everywhere my family would say;-) I no longer have stains in the carafes, kettles... the water is rusty at our place, it left reddish marks. A small downside for the cushion to put in the washing machine: it tears quite quickly, I have already bought a certain number... I reuse the beads for other uses (based for example).

Very happy with the delivery which was quick. Regarding the product, I am torn: indeed, the beads prevent limescale from settling in the kettle. As a result, we see all the residues floating in the water and we drink them. It would be necessary to systematically pass the water through a coffee filter.
Translated reviews
Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello Caroline, Indeed, the ceramic beads allow the limescale crystals to dissociate and transform into nanocrystals, which lose their incrusting power on the kettle's resistors and are perfectly assimilable by the body. The residue from this dissociation sometimes forms a very light white powder, which is nothing abnormal, but can give the water a "cloudy" appearance. If you stir the water with a spoon for example, it will disappear. Do not hesitate to contact customer service if you have other questions.

I think that ceramic has its limits and does not retain all harmful particles. Charcoal may be more effective... Perhaps we should combine the two?
Translated reviews
Response from Les Verts Moutons
EM ceramic beads (Effective Micro-organisms) offer a natural and effective solution to purify water and air, without resorting to aggressive chemical products. As for charcoal, its porous structure allows it to retain certain harmful particles. By combining EM ceramic beads with charcoal, we can indeed obtain a particularly complete solution.

We take good note of your comment and thank you for it. Indeed, as you point out, we have faced an extremely significant increase in postal rates in recent months, which we regret. We have chosen to only partially pass these on to our own shipping costs (4.90€ for a drop-off at a relay point, for example). Please also note that shipping costs are free for orders over 45 euros. We hope that your order will give you complete satisfaction and wish you a nice day.

The attachment / fixing system of the collar for cats and dogs Cera Nimo hemp with EM clay beads is really too big, heavy and especially does not hold at all; it's a shame because the collar itself is quite discreet and light, so we need to find another system to use this collar so that it stays around our cat's neck...

9.6 liters x2 is enough for a small apartment... Well filled and well packed it's quite heavy so if you're hesitating with the 15L you are warned ^^ - I would add however that I would have liked the top lid to be airtight it is not... also it is not "clip-on" it is just "placed" it is a problem if you live with curious animals, or for transport (personally I put tape on 4 edges to keep it closed). I say this because I doubt that the rubberized packer that acts as a "seal" will last over time, and that eventually it will be defective in its sealing function.

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Good evening, We acknowledge your message and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The number of ceramic beads per liter is not an "exact science" and depends on the initial quality of the water. It is considered that about 15 beads are needed for 0.75 to 1 liter of water, and we do not wish to encourage overconsumption (this is sufficient in 95% of cases). However, when the water is heavily chlorinated or hard, more beads need to be used, up to 30 beads per liter of water, to achieve a perfectly neutral taste. This should restore their proper functioning. Thank you for keeping us informed. If this still does not suit you, under our Satisfaction or Money Back guarantee, please feel free to return the product for a refund. Best regards, The Green Sheep Team
