I had to pay extremely high customs charges (23 CHF for 75 CHF). It was a very bad surprise. It's not worth ordering products from your site to be sent to Switzerland.

Hello Astrid, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad surprise with the customs fees. Unfortunately, these fees are imposed by the Swiss authorities and are beyond our control. We understand that this can be frustrating and we thank you for your feedback. We will explore solutions to improve the experience of our Swiss customers by communicating more clearly about these potential fees. Have a nice day, The team at Les Verts Moutons

Since I discovered Les Verts Moutons, I multiply its uses. For example, I replaced the charcoal in the carafe with ceramic, the taste of the water is much better; I also use it in the coffee maker and in the dishwasher, the result is always obvious, the limescale disappears and maintenance is easier. Next trial, laundry!

This is the second time I contact the company regarding a defective Cera bottle and I have received no response. I am really disappointed.

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello Céline, we acknowledge your message and apologize for this inconvenience. It seems that you have not received the last message from our customer service, following several exchanges. We were proposing to send you a new intox filter (since it seems that this is the part that is causing the problem). We were simply waiting for confirmation of the shipping address. Otherwise, this filter will be shipped to you on March 10. Have a nice weekend, The Green Sheep Team

My pressure coffee maker: no limescale between weekly cleanings, coffee much better; the dishwasher: I have never found the dishes so clean and shiny, even the knives!
