On the first two opened boxes, one of the charcoal pieces is the right size and floats after reactivation. The second is half smaller and does not float during its first use. I haven't unpacked the other boxes yet...

I appreciate the ceramic beads for filtering tap water. As for the 2-liter cleaning product, it is effective but I find it a bit expensive.

Regarding the cleaning product, it should be noted that it needs to be diluted to 10%, which represents a total of 20 liters of product. The cost per liter is thus one of the cheapest on the market, for a completely natural product that poses no risk to the home and its inhabitants :)

From ordering to shipping, everything was perfect and fast. However, regarding the ceramic beads for the kettle, as I can only speak about that having ordered nothing else, I do not see a significant result. The kettle continues to scale and the water remains a bit cloudy, even if it seems to diminish over time. This is not a purchase I recommend.

Too few choices regarding delivery. I had chosen a post office open on Saturday morning, the other times were not compatible with my work schedule. You are not responsible, but I went to the post office on Saturday 8/11 and it was closed. I couldn't pick up my package.

Please know that we currently offer delivery by tracked letter, home delivery by Colissimo without signature, or delivery at a pickup point in the La Poste Pickup network, the leader in France with its 15,500 points and 1,100 lockers. Obviously, we cannot be held responsible for the hours of each post office. However, we remain open to any suggestions from you to improve our delivery proposal.
