Hello, the number of ceramic beads per liter is not an 'exact science' and depends on the initial quality of the water. It is considered that about 15 beads are needed for 0.75 to 1 liter of water, and we do not want to push consumption (it is sufficient in 95% of cases). But when the water is very chlorinated or hard, more beads need to be used, up to 30 beads per liter of water, to achieve a perfectly neutral taste. Initially, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the carafe and simultaneously boiling the beads and then letting them dry in the sun. If this solution is ineffective, then the number of beads will need to be increased. Do not hesitate to keep us informed!

Being located in Switzerland, I had to pay VAT twice (once French VAT, once Swiss). To correct this, I wrote several times to customer service, which NEVER replied to me.
