Not possible to evaluate the products as it's for a gift, except for the soap that I've started using. Pleasant to the touch of the skin but so far no apparent change for redness and dryness.

The parcel being small, it could very well have been placed in the mailbox where my name is clearly visible. I suppose it required a signature, which is not very useful as it took me a trip and time to go pick it up at the Post Office. You could make an effort not to require signatures except for large parcels that do not fit in the mailbox ;)

Hello, during the "Covid" period, Colissimo packages are systematically delivered without a signature. But we regret, like you, that some postal delivery workers do not take the time to drop the package in the mailbox and instead drop it directly at the agency. We apologize for this inconvenience that is beyond our control!
