Regarding the price of our products, it is also important to consider that the ceramic is effective for about ten years. Using 15 ceramic beads therefore costs about 10 cents per month to enjoy tap water again, which remains very reasonable, especially when compared to the price of bottled water :-)

It is good to inform the customer of all the fees that accompany their order. Although I took advantage of the sales on your site, I had to pay too many shipping fees (an additional 14 euros tax on the value of the 18 euro Colissimo). The delivery fees therefore cost me more than the item itself (25.03 euros)! P.S.: I also live in overseas in a French department! I appreciate it a lot. Since I started using it (everywhere my family would say;-) I no longer have stains in the carafes, kettles... the water is rusty at our place, it left reddish marks. A small downside for the cushion to put in the washing machine: it tears quite quickly, I have already bought a certain number... I reuse the beads for other uses (based for example).

Hello Caroline, Indeed, the ceramic beads allow the limescale crystals to dissociate and transform into nanocrystals, which lose their incrusting power on the kettle's resistors and are perfectly assimilable by the body. The residue from this dissociation sometimes forms a very light white powder, which is nothing abnormal, but can give the water a "cloudy" appearance.
