Well-made site, impeccable order and tracking, the company's goals and strategies are commendable, the prices reasonable. This is my third order. I had a delivery problem with a previous package and the company decided to resend me a package. Thank you again for this commercial gesture.

I am satisfied all around. The beads do their job well, there are no traces of limescale on the carafe and the water has no unpleasant taste. I am delighted to have bought the ceramic beads.
