The ceramic pearls seem effective. Use only with cold water. I just find them very expensive to buy.

In the kettle, despite 25 pearls, the water is cloudy and has limescale so I am disappointed about that...

Order ok, fast and careful shipping. I would have appreciated that the bottle came with a user guide. For the toothpaste, there is no information in French.

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello Sylvie, we take good note of your remark. We will resend you the user guide (provided in principle on the label attached to the bottle) by email. Regarding the toothpaste, it is indeed a product made in Austria, so the label is in German. You will find all the explanations in French here: https://lesvertsmoutons.com/collections/bien-etre/products/perles-ceramique-dentifrice Have a nice day!

Neatly presented and fast delivery. Just one regret: these items remain expensive for the average person…

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello, thank you for your 4 stars and thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. Regarding the price of our products, it is also important to consider that the ceramic is effective for about ten years. Using 15 ceramic beads therefore costs about 10 cents per month to enjoy tap water again, which remains very reasonable, especially when compared to the price of bottled water :-)
