I ordered 3 bottles, they seem very good. Today one of the bottles with ceramic pearls broke at the bottom without falling.. The seal in the cap doesn't hold very well.. I am very disappointed

Upon delivery, a broken pearl. Otherwise, the delivery time is fast. These pearls allow you to consume tap water without fear. I recommend using them to avoid buying plastic bottles and to preserve our planet.

disappointed with the product, no effectiveness for the tap water at my place

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello, the number of ceramic beads per liter is not an exact science and depends on the initial quality of the water. It takes about 15 beads for 0.75 to 1 liter of water, and we do not wish to push consumption (this is sufficient in 95% of cases). But when the water is very chlorinated or hard, more should be used, up to 30 beads to achieve a truly neutral taste.

Being located in Switzerland, I had to pay VAT twice (once French VAT, once Swiss). To correct this, I wrote several times to customer service, which NEVER replied to me. It was on 31.12.20 and 11.04.21 at the address [email protected] Now, I have received the refund (18.06.21), thank you! And I have both emails mentioned (check your spam)

The delivery took almost 1 month from 30/04/21 to this day! Certainly the shipment was made by boat? But the main thing is that the colissimo arrived well and thank you again.

Hello Marie, we are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience. We advise you to thoroughly clean the carafe and at the same time boil the beads and then let them dry in the sun. This should restore their proper functioning, depending on the quality of the water 15 beads/liter are sufficient in 95% of cases. Do not hesitate to keep us informed: [email protected] Best regards

I bought ceramic pearls that were recommended to me. Super packaging! There were pearls for kettle, for vase, and for carafe water. However, I don't see the point of separating them into bags and putting a small card with its utility since they are all identical, apart from selling them at different prices. I find the prices very high

Not possible to evaluate the products as it's for a gift, except for the soap that I've started using. Pleasant to the touch of the skin but so far no apparent change for redness and dryness.
